Original decision tool / scenario model

Estimate the work worth investigating.

Use transparent assumptions to estimate manual capacity, retained review time, and a range of candidate hours. The result is a scoping conversation—not a promise of ROI, revenue, or headcount reduction.

Methodology

A scenario model, not a sales promise.

Annual manual hours are weekly hours × people × 52. Candidate hours subtract retained review hours and apply the assumed automation-potential percentage. The displayed range uses 50%–85% of that candidate work to show uncertainty. Capacity value applies the supplied planning rate to the same range.

The calculator does not estimate revenue, layoffs, payback period, or guaranteed savings. A real decision still needs representative examples, access boundaries, data quality, failure handling, acceptance tests, and an accountable owner.
